Refund Policy

Clients may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if no significant project milestones have been achieved. To submit a request, use our contact form. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Projects that have progressed beyond initial planning are not eligible for a refund but may be rescheduled upon mutual agreement.

We offer integration of AI models into existing systems, including deployment and maintenance support.

Refund Policy

Refund requests must be made within 7 days after service start date, provided no deployment has occurred. Submit a request via our contact form. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days. Once deployment begins, no refund is available due to resource allocation and custom configuration efforts.

Refund Policy

Refund Policy

Goods may be submitted for a replacement or credit within 14 days of delivery if defective. To initiate, contact us via contact form with proof of defect. Approved credits will be issued within 10 business days. Shipping costs for replacements are covered by AIBraina. Non-defective items are not eligible for replacement or credit.
